The favorite documentary channel, National Geographic Channel is organizing a Photography Competition for 2010. There are three categories for this NGP Contest; People, Places and Nature.
Last date to submit your photo is 30 November, 2010. You can upload your photos (only JPG or JPEG format) Here. You have to register before submitting your photos. You can upload as many photos as you want by paying a fee of 15 US Dollars per photo. The person who is uploading any photo for NGPC, must have copyrights of photos or he should be the owner of this photo.
National Geographic Channel has a team of Photography Experts who will made judgment on the basis of Creativity and Photographic Quality.
Results of this photography contest will be announced on December 15, 2010. Winners' names will be available online at www.ngphotocontest.com. The first-place winner in each category will receive U.S. $2,500, and have their winning photograph published in National Geographic magazine. One grand prize winner will receive, in addition to the first place prize, U.S. $7,500, and a trip to the District of Columbia, USA from Jan. 11 to Jan. 14, 2011 to participate in the National Geographic Photography Seminar. This trip also includes a round trip air ticket, 3 nights hotel accommodation in Washington D.C.
