Yes he claims he likes girls and yes he has a girlfriend, but that does not really prove anything to some, for there are many celebrities that hide in the closet, and make public appearances with their girlfriend or boyfriend to show everyone that they are supposively straight (and I am not going to mention any names on this one).

Okay so hypothetically speaking if Justin Bieber was actually fully proofed to be gay, that wouldn’t change the fact that many people perceive him to have talent, but unfortunately for many they would rather hear a cat file it’s nails on a black board then listen to 1 second of his voice.

Brain-computer interface help the disabled.

Before nineteen seventies, no one could imagine about the idea of using a computer without hands or keyboard. But nowadays, people can believe and hope for a more convenient way when using computers, especially for the disabled. Thanks to the development of Brain-computer interface.
There is a group of scientist in Washington who are experiencing on a small robotic vehicle. It is controlled directly by a person’s thought. Two scientists, Jose Michigan and Michele Travella, continued to develop this system. They can even talk when they watch the vehicle and guide it with their thoughts
To do so, scientists designed a special cap which is covered with the ICs and electronic circuits. They have to catch the signals from the user’s head then transmit them to a computer. The computer analyzes the signals and orders to the motorized wheelchair. Two cameras on the wheelchair have the duty of identifying information and they help the computer react the requirement from the brain. When they are testing in the lab, the scientists can operate a wheelchair just by thinking about moving their hands. But they are keeping improving the computer software easier so that it can identify complex brain signals and turn them into simple messages. Communication, and controlling physical devices and virtual devices are two catalogues that the disabled people can gain from.
When asked, the leader of this group said they wanted to develop the system for the deaf or dumb and the people who are suffering from physical disabilities. This can help them to communicate and control devices also. After achieving the success, the scientists want to take the technology out of laboratory and set two aspects. The first is that it will be tested on the real patients to prove that this is a possible device. The second component is for the guarantee that can use the technology for long time but free.

Qaddafi, sons raped female bodyguards, claims psychologist

Libyan leader Colonel Qaddafi and his sons and high officials raped the leader’s female security guards, as has been claimed by a Libyan psychologist.

Dr. Seham Sergewa, a prominent Libyan psychologist, is currently collecting details of rape and sexual abuse cases of Libyan women. Five of her patients happen to be Moammar Qaddafi’s ex-bodyguards and they claim that Qaddafi, his sons, and senior officials raped them in succession. The Washington Post quotes Dr. Sergewa saying that the women were passed on as objects of sex abuse from the dictator to his sons and then on to the senior government officials till the women were wanted no more and were freed. The probe by the Libyan psychologist also reveals cases of forced recruitment of women into the ranks of security officers. One case is that of a woman who claims she was blackmailed with threats of imprisoning her brother for life if she refused to become a security guard. Dr. Sergewa has also started investigating claims of gang rape of women by Qaddafi’s soldiers during the conflict that started earlier this year. Some of the victims of rape are said to have committed suicide. An estimated 6,000 women have been raped in Libya, at least 300 of them raped during the conflict starting with the rebellion against Qaddafi, reports Pattayadailynews.com. Dr. Sergewa’s probe shows that rape was used by Qaddafi’s soldiers as a “weapon of war” during the recent conflict and for using this "weapon," the soldiers even received condoms and Viagra. Some Libyan doctors and psychologists, however, have questioned Dr. Sergewa’s research methods and her findings; they ask for independent reviewing of her claims, reports The Telegraph.

Uniformed police officer caught having sex on hood of car

A New Mexico State Policeman who was recently honored as Officer of the Year, is on paid administrative leave after being caught by a county surveillance camera having sex on the hood of a car.

In response to a records request by several media agencies the Santa Fe Sheriff's office has released pictures of what appears to be a state police officer, in full uniform, having sex with an unidentified woman on the hood of a compact vehicle, reports the Santa Fe New Mexican. The images of the officer were captured in broad-daylight at the Santa Fe Canyon Ranch by a motion sensor digital camera that was set up to monitor graffiti taggers, vandals and other individuals who might be using the area for criminal activity, according to Sheriff Robert Garcia. What the camera caught was State Police Officer Bert Lopez in a compromising position on the hood of a Honda while a curious chihuahua looked on. The photos show a man identified by the New Mexican as Lopez, in full uniform standing and leaning over the unknown woman, who is lying on the hood of the car with her bare legs wrapped around the officer's body. The images caught by the camera, which was positioned behind the cop, show his utility belt, with handcuffs attached hanging behind him, and his holstered gun by his side. State Police would not comment on the incident but did confirm that "an internal investigation had been completed and there no indication the sexual encounter was related to Lopez's law-enforcement activities." Police have not said if Lopez was on-duty at the time the incident occurred. Santa Fe residents who saw the tape told KOB-4 that the behaviour of the officer was "an inappropriate use of time and tax dollars." Sheriff Garcia told the ABQ Journal: "while it appeared nothing illegal was going on in the pictures, they seemed to depict inappropriate activity. I’m just glad it was not one of my deputies." Lopez isn't the police officer who has been caught having sex in uniform or while on the job. In Louisiana, a state police officer was suspended for 100 hours without pay after he admitted to having sex in his patrol car with a woman on multiple occasions over a 16 months period. A city police officer in Phoenix, who is also son of the mayor, was suspended for four days after an internal investigation revealed he had inappropriately touched one woman and had sex with another while on-duty.
